Based on an individual's needs and preferences, the length of treatment can vary. Dr. Chow's goal is to provide brief, time-limited treatment (e.g., 12-20 sessions) that will lead to productive change and relief from distress.

Dr. Chow does not bill insurance companies directly and is not part of any networks. At regular intervals, she will provide you with documentation that you can use to apply for reimbursement.

Dr. Chow's practice is fully remote, and she offers telehealth sessions via a secure, HIPAA compliant video platform for clients located in Massachusetts.
